Beatrice Moyo is a lawyer registered to practice in the supreme courts of Zimbabwe; she is a holder of a Masters degree in Commercial Law (with distinction) from the University of Cape Town. She graduated from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal with a Bachelor of Laws and is also a registered Conveyancer in Zimbabwe. She is passionate about the law in general, with particular expertise in Corporate law; her main practice areas being in corporate financing structures, insolvency, restructuring, corporate governance, business formation and business rescue, commercial litigation and conveyancing. She also has in-depth knowledge on issues relating to commercial transactions and contract law as well as international trade law, with a particular focus on the World Trade Organization. She is a results-driven, pro-active lawyer with an avid interest in business management and leadership. She is also proficient in drafting legal documents and assessing as well as advising on compliance issues. She is a poised and dedicated professional who offers expert legal counsel and representation.
In addition to being a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe, she is also a member of the Association of Young Arbitrators and remains a member in good standing in both organisations. Her affiliations in both organisations allow her to remain abreast in all the latest trends in the legal market place.
Beyond the law, Beatrice is passionate about community service and empowering people through educational activities. She also enjoys competitive sports.
